Push back rack is a first-in-last-out storage system, suits for unified pallet goods. Push back rack system is a high density storage system. It can make most use of the warehouse space. In the same area, push back rack can store many more goods comparing with conventional pallet rack.
Push-back racking has enjoyed rapid growth in popularity recently due to offering similar space savings as drive-in, with typically 3 to 5 times greater selectivity. This growth has been spurred by marketing trends such as rapid increases in number of SKUs, mass customization, and more rapid product obsolescence.
Each level in a push-back system holds a series of nested rolling carts, operating in a lane which slopes upward away from the pick face.

Push Back Rack consists of the following components

Frames: Comprised of two uprights, horizontal braces, and diagonal braces. The columns have a maximum cross-sectional dimension of up to 120*95mm, with thickness ranging from 1.5 to 3.0mm. Prefabricated diamond-shaped holes are spaced at 50mm or 75mm intervals
on the columns to facilitate the insertion of crossbeams.
Front, Middle, and Rear Crossbeams: With a maximum thickness of 2.0mm, these beams connect the left and right column sections,enhancing the stability of the rack.
Guide Rails: Constructed from thick-walled steel pipes (3mm thick), the guide rails enable the carrier trolley to slide on them,facilitating the pushing and retrieval of items from storage channels.
Carts: Comprised of 6.3# angle steel, thickened 2.0mm high-quality channel steel, and top-of-the-line bearings, the trolley ensures secure cargo handling and smooth movement.
Rack Guard Beam: Thickened 2.0mm steel tubes installed between the front and middle crossbeams to reduce the impact force on the front crossbeam and further reinforce the rack.
Front Beam Stopper: Thickened front beam stoppers (4.0mm thick) effectively reduce incidents such as trolley drop and cargo slipping during downward movement.
Row Spacer: Utilizing high-quality steel tubes (50*30*1.5mm) to connect column sections, these braces enhance the stability of the rack.
Frame protector: Primarily U-shaped Frame protectors (300mm high, 4.0mm thick) are installed in front of the columns to prevent forklift collisions.
